Characteristics
- Personalized annual sports planning.
- Includes regular training at the spots around A Coruña and Vigo depending on your group.
- The sessions may be complementary (dry training) or in water. The average duration of the sessions is 1h 30 mins.
- Comprehensive sports advice for the needs of the athlete (technical, tactical, complementary, psychological, material… ).
- Implementation of new technologies applied to sports: cutting-edge audiovisual and recording media, tablets for real-time representation of images, specific My Surf Coach platform for the dynamization of tracking, etc..
- CORE support (material for surfing) for athletes through the MSC agreements. The possibility of transfers to the trainings is offered covering the expenses involved. Monitoring in championships, intensive periods and/or camps.
- Face-to-face accompaniment or not in the national circuits.
